The client understands that their Spiritual Life Coach will not be held liable for any injury associated with activities the client participates in, including but not limited to physical activities, spiritual guidance, emotional suggestions, mental help, and/or instruction received.

The client acknowledges that Tori Eversmann is not a physician and is not trained to provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or any other type of medical advice. The client understands that coaching/training is a tool for self-discovery and personal development, but it does not guarantee specific outcomes, whether positive or negative.

The client acknowledges that Life Coaching may suggest exercise as part of their lifestyle, and the client accepts any risks associated with participating in these activities. The client will not hold Tori Eversmann liable for any injury, death, disability, or personal harm resulting from these activities.

By participating, the client waives, releases, and discharges Tori Eversmann from any liability of death, disability, personal injury, or legal action of any kind. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. No verbal agreements contradict these terms, and the client confirms that they are entering this agreement freely and voluntarily, without force or coercion.
